Magical Memories

Today our walk ended up being shorter due to my recovery from an allergic bronchial irritation.

As we have begun our virtual Camino de Santiago it is not unusual to have some special magic along our travels. As we approached the corner of a block so did a semi trailer truck. Nothing unusual there…until I read the sign on its side! With a big smile on my face a flood of magical memories from days gone by rushed forth. There is nothing quite like the wonder and delight of the Scholastic Book Fair for many of us. From what I remember we got to browse through the different book titles, make our selection and then wait for the special day that our choices arrived for us to take home and read. So many adventures and journeys available for our young minds years ago and so many more for the young minds of today.

Life is filled with magic.
